My new Workplace Resilience Instrument (WRI) is now available for use in research and government applications. This is a substantial update of my 1998 instrument. The psychometric properties will be published in a special issue of WORK later this year. A preprint of the paper will be provided as part of the modest purchase price for permission to use the WRI.
