About the WRI
|
The Workplace Resilience Instrument (WRI) is a tool designed specifically for the workplace. Most of the existing resilience instruments have been designed for clinical use in mental health settings and for PTSD patients.
The WRI has been pilot tested with a U.S. sample of healthcare professionals and surfaced four unique resilience factors: Active Problem-Solving, Team Efficacy, Confident Sense-Making, and Bricolage. This work was published in WORK Journal as part of a special issue on workplace resilience, edited by Dr. Larry Mallak. You may request the WRI to use in your research by contacting Dr. Larry Mallak with your request. |
Recent NewsDecember 2015: The WRI is available to researchers. Please contact Dr. Larry Mallak with your inquiry.
